Repairs

For all repair inquiries, please email leslieaveritt@gmail.com. Please include your name, contact info, address, description of the repair, and photo of the damage.

If the glass breaks we can definitely re-adhere the stone to another wineglass that matches you current set.  Please do not discard the stone.  however, if the stone is lost or damaged please send the most recent photo and we will color match the the  best of our ability.  Repairs can take up to 4 weeks. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. 

All repairs are subject to shipping charges and a repair fee that is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.  

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.  

Exchanges and returns are available within 7 days of receiving the items.
